"INTROSPECTION" 2021 "Schema 2021" March 25, 2021 We, students of St.Jacob's Training College, Menamkulam as part of our B. Ed curriculum conducted a capacity buiding programme under the leadership of psychology department. Our psychology professor Dr. Swapna was the guiding light of the programme which was named as 'Introspection'. We formed five groups among us and staged a skit from each group on the subject contemporary classroom. It was a really interesting event which filled with joy and enthusiasm. Teachers and peers enjoyed the programme a lot and it was a memorable day for us. Drama Team:"PAVLO"

INTRODUCTION School visiting programme of teacher education is a major programme in the curriculum of BEd.It helps the teacher Trainees to get a great exposure to natural environment.It helps them to understand the difficulties and possibilities in teaching as well as the nature of students. We a group of nine members opted for St Mary's Higher Secondary School to know and understand and observe all aspects of a school.Headmistress and other staffs welcomed us with great pleasure and provided all the facilities for us.   OBJECTIVES OF THE VISIT * To get primary experience about the activities of the school * To observe the model Classes of the teachers specially related subject.  * To collect informations that related the school and its infrastructure and fecilities. * To engage ourselves with the students and observe them.
