Our college conducted program on anti child laboour day through virtual mode. It was awesome program based on the theme anti child labour. And also conducted intercollegiate slogan competition and Poster making competition....... The World Day Against Child Labour is an International Labour Organization (ILO)-sanctioned holiday first launched in 2002 aiming to raise awareness and activism to prevent child labour.

World Environment Day Celebration 2021 As classes are conducted through online mode due to covid 19 pandemic, Science Club of St. Jacob's training college conducted a virtual world environmental day celebration on June 4,2021. The programme was named SARGAM 2K21. The programme included video presentations of poems, experience sharing, poster etc. by students. The highlight of the function was a video presentation in which the principal, all faculty members and students planting trees in their premises. Principal, Vice Principal, Students Union Chairman and few teachers felicitated the programme. All students and teachers participated in the programme with great enthusiasm, lifting the theme of "Ecosytem Restoration" in this environmental day.
